My latest architectural photography assignment landed me at this newly completed, 35,000 square-foot Mainland Medical Arts Pavilion in Texas City just outside of Houston Texas. The new state-of-the-art healthcare facility is conveniently located adjacent to the campus of Mainland Medical Center south of Houston.

- Rendina Companies is one of the nation’s leading full-service medical real estate development real estate development, acquisition, leasing, financing, construction and comprehensive property and asset management services to healthcare providers and the related development industry.
The new medical office building provides office space for an impressive mix of physicians, including the area’s leading multi-specialty group, the Beeler-Manske Clinic. The Beeler-Manske Clinic, which is occupying the entire second floor of the two-story facility, has a long tradition of providing quality care in the region dating back to 1936. With nine physician providers, the Beeler-Manske Clinic focuses on family practice, internal medicine and cardiology as well as providing lab and imaging services. In addition to the Clinic, the facility is also the new location for prominent specialists including The Eye Clinic of Texas, Texas Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists, Interventional Pain Specialists of Texas, Gateway Chiropractic, and Quest Diagnostics.
Davis Stokes Collaborative, an architectural firm based in Nashville, Tennessee, provided a comprehensive array of professional design services for the project.
